Nude Miami is a next-generation organic market, cafe, and wellness destination in Miami seeking a Brand Partnerships & Events Coordinator to grow its ecosystem of brands and community experiences. You will build relationships with brands, plan activations, and collaborate across teams to bring Nude Miami to life.

You’ll own partnerships and events from concept to execution, coordinating budgets, venues, vendors, and deliverables while staying aligned with the Nude Miami brand and culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, events, experiential marketing, brand marketing, hospitality, PR, or business development.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Proven experience producing events or brand activations.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with brands carried at Nude Miami.
• Manage inbound partnership, collaboration, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Proactively identify and approach brands that align with Nude Miami.
• Develop partnership concepts that create value for Nude Miami, our partners, and our customers.
• Coordinate product launches, sampling programs, giveaways, and in-store activations.
• Identify opportunities to bring brands to life beyond the shelf.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of current and prospective partners.
• Develop and execute nude Miami events, launches, run clubs, wellness experiences, dinners, parties, and community programming.
• Own event planning from initial concept through execution.
• Coordinate venues, vendors, talent, product, staffing, gifting, signage, and event logistics.
• Develop event timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents.
• Identify sponsors and strategic partners for events.
• Manage participating brands and ensure all partner deliverables are executed.
• Be on-site for events and ensure execution meets Nude Miami’s standards.
• Develop recurring programming that builds community and drives customers into the store.
• Develop creative collaborations across food, beverage, wellness, fitness, fashion, hospitality, and culture.
• Bring partnership concepts from initial idea through launch.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, budgets, product, creative assets, and logistics.
• Work across internal teams to ensure activations are executed seamlessly.
• Identify opportunities around seasonal moments and major Miami events.
• Ensure every collaboration feels authentic to Nude Miami and strengthens the brand.
