Job summary

the company is seeking a driven operator to scale brand onboarding for Fulfilled by the company in Chicago. You will own the end-to-end onboarding and ensure brands go live quickly and stay successful.

You will coordinate with the company, brands, and warehouse partners, track progress, and drive improvements using data and metrics. This is a hands-on role requiring execution and influence in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with physical goods fulfillment and warehousing operations.
• Experience scaling warehouse operations with 5S, Poka Yoke, Andon, Kaizen and standard work.
• Strong business acumen.
• Experience working with brands, merchants, or partners across roles and seniorities.
• Ability to solve complex problems through influence rather than authority.
• Strong execution skills, ownership mindset, and self-driven work style.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory inbound and exception process throughout the brand lifecycle.
• Own end-to-end onboarding experience for brands joining Fulfilled by the company, from kickoff through activation and post-launch stabilization.
• Serve as the primary communication between the company, brands, and warehouse partners to ensure operational readiness.
• Track onboarding progress across multiple workstreams and identify risks and delays.
• Use data and metrics to anticipate issues and drive decisions.
• Partner across Product, Fulfillment, and CX to improve onboarding workflows.
• Influence outcomes without direct authority while balancing brand needs with constraints.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes, documentation, and tooling.
• Support brands post-onboarding to ensure ongoing success.
