Job summary

On is seeking an Associate Store Leader in Chicago to drive operational excellence and elevate our premium brand experience. You will own floor operations, coach the team, and champion customer-centric service while translating On’s detail-oriented approach into daily practice.

You will report to the Store Leader, manage stock, analyze KPIs, and foster a culture of trust and accountability across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership or premium/high-touch service experience.
• Strong problem-solving with systemic thinking to resolve operational hurdles.
• Experience delivering technical or operational training and coaching to diverse teams.
• High emotional intelligence with reflective performance improvement.
• Clear, authentic communication to influence cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Own floor management and daily store operations with minimal guidance.
• Lead and coach the team on customer-centricity and service excellence.
• Manage stock levels and communicate merchandising needs across teams.
• Analyze daily KPIs and address root causes to improve store performance.
• Identify skill gaps and run training sessions for professional development.
• Drive store vision and foster trust and shared accountability.
