Job summary

Faire, a technology wholesale platform, seeks a strong operations leader to scale and execute brand onboarding for Fulfilled by Faire (FbF). You’ll own the end-to-end onboarding process—from join to activation—and coordinate between Faire, brands, and warehouse partners to ensure fast live setup and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with physical goods fulfillment and warehousing operations.
• Experience scaling warehouse operations with 5S, Poka Yoke, Andon, Kaizen and standard work.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with brands, merchants, or partners.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems through influence rather than direct authority.
• Strong execution, ownership mindset, and comfort in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory inbound and exception process throughout brand lifecycle.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for brands joining Fulfilled by Faire, from kickoff through activation and post-launch stabilization.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between Faire, brands, and warehouse partners to ensure readiness.
• Track onboarding progress across multiple workstreams, identifying risks, delays, and quality issues.
• Leverage data and metrics to anticipate qualitative issues and drive informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Fulfillment, and CX to resolve issues and improve onboarding workflows.
• Influence outcomes while balancing brand needs with operational constraints.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of onboarding processes, documentation, and tooling.
• Support brands post-onboarding to ensure ongoing success and high-quality fulfillment.
