Job summary

Havenly Brands seeks a Manager of Fulfillment & Inventory Operations to own end-to-end fulfillment for owned brands, drive data-powered improvements, and automate core processes. You’ll partner with data teams to build scalable dashboards and integrate internal systems with vendor platforms.

You will lead 3PL partner performance, manage inventory accuracy, and shape SOPs to accelerate delivery while protecting margins across global logistics.

Qualifications

• Analytical thinker who uses data to drive decisions.
• Experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or related field.
• Familiarity with automation, AI tools, and SOP documentation.
• Ability to translate operational realities for data/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own fulfillment execution for O&O brands and ensure timely order processing with 3PLs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across NetSuite and 3PL/WMS systems; build proactive monitoring.
• Define SLAs from PO through returns and shipment; own returns operations.
