Kalispell Toyota, expanding to a brand-new facility in Kalispell, seeks a Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service and a positive attitude. You will handle calls, assist the Rental Coordinator, and perform basic accounting duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments and record amounts.
• Make change and issue receipts to customers.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department.
• Handle customer concerns diplomatically and refer to the right person.
• Operate the switchboard telephone system professionally.
• Assist managers with clerical duties as needed.
• Be friendly, courteous and efficient with customers and staff.
• Familiarize yourself withdepartment structures and internal procedures.
