Job summary

Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support Josh Cellars brand marketing from its Stamford, CT office. The role involves executing media plans, coordinating with external agencies, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to grow brand awareness and loyalty.

You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager, manage budgets, and contribute to annual marketing plans across advertising, events, PR, and influencer activities.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing or Communications; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years marketing/industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills; experience with syndicated data (IRI) preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; budget management understood.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support the SBM on the development and execution of Josh’s annual media plan.
• Contribute to development of media partnerships and brand messaging.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact with the external media agency and manage timelines.
• Conduct media mix analysis with cross-functional partners to evaluate effectiveness.
• Stay at the forefront of media innovation and new platforms.
• Contribute to Josh Cellars annual marketing plan including events, PR, influencers, and budget.
• Prepare internal brand team presentations and briefings.
• Collaborate on above-the-line campaigns with agency and internal teams.
• Analyze sales data and brand research to derive actionable insights.
• Assist in Josh brand budget coding and invoice management.
• Coordinate founder involvement in brand and sales events.
• Fulfill team administrative needs as they arise.
