Job summary

Aspyr Media, Inc. is seeking an Associate 1 Brand Manager to support go-to-market campaigns for game launches. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality creative execution and aligned launch activities.

The position focuses on product positioning, competitive research, asset coordination, and marketing budget administration in an in-person setting at our Austin studio. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a passion for gaming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in marketing, product management, or brand strategy, ideally within games or entertainment.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing team, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver on campaign milestones.
• Demonstrated interest in consumer marketing, integrated campaigns, and digital media execution.
• Proven organizational abilities to juggle multiple project tracks with sharp attention to detail.
• Actively plays games and is aware of cultural trends, current events, and other activities in the gaming industry.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team in coordinating day-to-day brand activities and executing marketing strategies for game launches
• Support product positioning and target audience research by gathering competitor insights and audience analytics
• Coordinate the production of marketing assets (key art, trailers, digital/social content) by routing briefs, organizing feedback, and tracking deliverables
• Help track brand marketing budgets, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate spend records for assigned titles
• Prepare materials for external stakeholders and partners, including compiling brand updates, asset submission packages, and post-launch performance reports
• Assist with tracking game development progress, and updating action plans based on project evolution
