Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Brand Manager to lead a small team of brand and content professionals, translating business priorities into customer value. You will oversee sales enablement, brand-led internal initiatives, and content across touchpoints to ensure on-brand, on-strategy work delivered on time.

You will directly manage two team members, set priorities across multiple functions, and partner with Sales, HR, and Enterprise Accounts to align messaging and measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of B2B brand, content, communications, or integrated marketing experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience.
• Prior experience in industrial, equipment rental, construction, logistics, or adjacent B2B categories strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage two brand team members: Marketing Specialist and Content Specialist.
• Set priorities across content, sales enablement, employee advocacy marketing, and internal initiatives.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Sharpen the team's output through editorial review and strategic input.
• Be a strong partner to Sales, HR, Enterprise Accounts, and other cross-functional teams.
• Set content direction for case studies, newsletters, sales tools, internal communications.
• Review and approve creative and copy deliverables before launch.
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of enablement technologies.
