Job summary

Scott Enterprises is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its corporate marketing team. The role supports multiple properties and drives campaigns, social media content, and cohesive branding across digital and print channels.

You will coordinate with property teams and the central marketing department to align promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives, while maintaining content accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary marketing liaison between multiple Scott Enterprises properties, including but not limited to Peek'n Peak Resort, Roma's Italian Kitchen, Applebee's Grill & Bar, Quaker Steak & Lube, Dunkin Donuts, IHop, and Ambassador Banquet & Conference Center (these are subject to change).
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for promotions, events, and seasonal initiatives.
• Develop and assist with social media content for multiple brands.
• Streamline communication between property management teams and the corporate marketing department to identify marketing needs, upcoming promotions, and project priorities.
• Write engaging marketing copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to promote events, specials, and seasonal offerings.
• Manage and update company websites, ensuring content, promotions, events, and information remain accurate and current.
• Coordinate graphic designers to produce creative materials that align with each property's branding and marketing objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, and on-property marketing materials.
• Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines across several properties.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks related to department invoices and credit card statements.
