Jobgether SRL in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Content & Brand to define brand narrative and drive a scalable content engine for a growing B2B technology organization.

You will partner with Sales, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and executives to turn expertise into assets that influence customer conversations and pipeline. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and will oversee speaker programs, research, and editorial programming.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in content marketing, brand marketing, or content strategy in B2B SaaS or similar tech.
• 2+ years managing people or a blended team of employees, freelancers, and agencies.
• Ownership of brand or category narrative with a sustained content program.
• Experience building speaker, analyst, influencer, conference, podcast, or partner co‑marketing programs.
• Strong editorial judgment with hands‑on writing/editing; can execute broad strategy.
• Ability to partner with Sales/Demand Gen to create content that supports pipeline.
• Strategic thinking, prioritization, project management, and cross‑functional skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define and maintain the category narrative, brand POV, and messaging with executives.
• Commission or produce original research and data‑driven thought leadership.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar across blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and executive channels.
• Maintain high editorial standards for content quality, relevance, and audience impact.
• Lead the speaker and influencer program end‑to‑end, including partnerships and events.
• Coordinate executives, customers, analysts, and other experts as speakers or collaborators.
• Translate thought leadership into pipeline assets like battlecards, webinars, and talks.
• Manage content team and freelance network; provide direction and accountability.
• Own budgets for content production, speaker fees, sponsorships, and related programs.
• Track content performance via engagement, share of voice, and pipeline influence.
• Lead large‑scale content/brand initiatives with autonomy and alignment to priorities.
• Resolve cross‑functional dependencies and improve content/brand processes.
