This role owns talent lifecycle, coaching, and performance management alongside the Store Manager, and leads PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates in higher-volume stores to achieve top-line results.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
