Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize work orders to meet deadlines and targets.
• Understand customer requirements to ensure service excellence.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, field partners, and internal teams.
• Use ERP and other tools to monitor work order status.
• Coordinate with third-party systems and internal support teams.
• Review estimating, graphics, and sourcing requests for accuracy.
• Analyze partner feedback to resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in meetings on accounts, analytics, and improvements.
