Job summary

Stratus in Mentor, OH is seeking a Service Manager to oversee work orders from initiation through invoicing and to drive profitability. You will be the main point of contact for customers, coordinating with field partners and internal teams to streamline processes, monitor status, and ensure service excellence.

The role requires strong organization, office experience, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Local on-site work is expected at our Mentor location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Minimum one year of office experience preferred.
• 6+ months of relevant industry or project management experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and prioritize work orders to meet deadlines and targets.
• Understand customer requirements, scope, and processes for service excellence.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, field partners, technicians, and internal departments.
• Utilize ERP systems to monitor and manage work order status and progress.
• Coordinate with third-party systems and internal teams to ensure smooth progression.
• Review estimating, graphics, and sourcing requests for accuracy and compliance.
