Job summary

Stratus, based in Mentor, Ohio, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead manufacturing and installation scopes for brand maintenance projects. You will develop project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with Field Partners, clients, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include scheduling field work, preparing customer proposals, and tracking progress in our ERP system, while maintaining strong customer service and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience is required.
• Experience with signage, electrical, lighting is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management; Engineering/Architecture/Design also considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience using project tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage life cycle of manufacturing/installation scopes.
• Travel to client locations as Stratus representation.
• Develop scope, budget, and pricing; manage to SLA.
• Vet and procure Field Partners per scope and budget.
• Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective work.
• Close out orders and handle invoicing.
