Qualifications

• 3+ years of business experience in Brand management/ Innovation, Supply Chain or Finance function
• 1 year of Project Management experience or related work
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels to achieve business objectives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project would be an advantage
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, listening) including effective presentations
• High levels of interpersonal skills, influencing without direct authority, resolving conflict, and creative problem solving
• Proven analytic skills enabling foresight to drive business outcomes
• Proficient in managing complex projects with strong organization and prioritization
