Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project management experience for external candidates; 3-5 years for internal candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project for planning, scheduling and scenario planning.
• Knowledge of Idea to Market end-to-end process.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project ideation, scoping, timelines and resources from charter to post-launch review.
• Manage cross-functional teams to align scope, critical success factors and timelines.
• Oversee projects with varying complexity, including pack extensions, maintenance and small investments.
• Identify and allocate resources to optimize value delivery and address pipeline gaps.
• Escalate issues and risks to stakeholders and leadership with robust data.
• Act as gatekeeper of Stage & Gate framework and PPM system to ensure disciplined execution.
