Job summary

Murst Mars is seeking an Activity Coordinator to drive planning and execution of brand and launch projects, collaborating with Brand, Finance, Supply and R&D teams. You will manage scoping, timelines, risks and stakeholder communications to ensure disciplined execution from concept through post-launch evaluation.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in related roles, strong project-management skills, and proficiency with MS Project.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in brand management, innovation, supply chain or finance with 1 year in project management or related work
• Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels to achieve objectives
• Strong communication skills, including presentations to management
• Excellent interpersonal skills for influencing without authority and resolving conflicts
• Proven analytic skills to drive business outcomes
• Experience managing complex projects with strong prioritization and attention to detail
• Action-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with initiative
• Resilient problem solving and consensus-building across teams

Responsibilities

• Lead business operational processes to ensure project delivery timings and criteria are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to progress projects to execution
• Identify targets, success factors, and project scope
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage gate processes
• Provide timely updates to manage stakeholder expectations
• Lead risk management and mitigation planning
• Prepare projects for Portfolio Management Review
• Leverage data management tools to organize activities and timelines
