SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead product innovation and launch initiatives for Mars Snacking. The role focuses on planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation of complex projects, driving discipline and excellence in execution across R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep cross-functional PM expertise, a passion for bringing innovative products to market, and experience managing complex launches in a consumer goods context.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or related
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across levels
• Proven track record of delivering product innovations from concept to launch

Responsibilities

• Lead product innovation projects from ideation to commercialization with cross-functional teams
• Oversee end-to-end project management ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery within budget
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and finance to align goals and timelines
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular project updates and risk escalations
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement process improvements
• Track KPIs like time-to-market and post-launch performance
