Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of seasonal floor moves and floor mapping for multiple brands in the home store and regional locations.
• Support rigging, styling, and logistics for interior and window changeovers.
• Partner with store directors and department managers to ensure alignment with brand standards.
• Train and mentor store sales teams and Brand Image direct reports within the metro area.
• Support marketing initiatives, elevating presentation for high-profile events and product launches.
• Provide feedback to cross-functional partners to improve presentation standards and processes.
• Travel to other stores within the region as needed for projects.
