Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to develop and maintain our brand identity across digital and print channels.

You will serve as the primary brand ambassador for internal communications and collaborate with the comms team on projects that support brand strategy and business goals. The role requires 5+ years of design experience with a strong foundation in typography, layout, and concept development, plus proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Drive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience, with branding, design firm, or ad agency strongly preferred.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, grid systems, and concept development.
• Literacy in web-based and print-based design software/processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums and drive adoption across the company.
• Manage brand assets including brand mark, typography, style guides, illustrations, and photography.
• Oversee external brand materials: templates, signatures, headers, recruiting materials, and more.
