Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to develop and manage our brand across internal and external channels.

You will own the identity system, ensure on-brand experiences, and collaborate with the comms team on digital, print, and social projects that support brand strategy and business goals. The role involves designing annual reports, branded materials for events, and creating assets for business development and bids.

Competenze

• 5+ years design experience, branding, design firm, or ad agency preferred.
• Strong foundation in visual design, typography, layout, grid systems, and concept development.
• Literacy in both web-based and print-based design software/processes.
• Ability to collaborate with frontend designer and printer.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• Experience with developing brand strategy and artifacts communicating brand essence.
• Experience with frontend developers.
• Track record of sound creative, strategic, analytical thinking.
• Ability to see big picture while managing details.
• Effective in remote/distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums and drive adoption.
• Manage brand assets (brand mark, typography, style guides, illustrations, photography).
• Handle external brand materials (GSuite templates, emails, LinkedIn headers, recruiting materials).
• Oversee comprehensive brand strategy including positioning, audience segmentation, competitive landscape, usage guidelines.
• Support project work with visual and communications design as needed.
• Maintain Nava-internal brand processes.
• Design annual reports for digital and print (Public Benefit, DEI) with research and testing.
• Create branded assets for events and conferences.
• Develop decks and visuals for Business Development and bids.
• Produce templates and asset system for contract bid team.
