Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to steward the brand across digital and print channels. You will own the identity system, typography, and visual language, collaborating with the team on compelling external and internal communications.

The role emphasizes brand stewardship, design for annual reports and events, and ensuring brand consistency. A strong foundation in design, print and web production, and remote collaboration is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years design experience with branding or agency background.
• Strong visual design foundation in typography, layout, and grids.
• Experience with brand strategy and identity systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and print/web workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in design or related field.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage Nava's brand identity across channels.
• Maintain brand assets: mark, typography, style guides, photography.
• Create external materials: templates, signatures, headers, recruiting assets.
• Shape brand strategy, audience research, and usage guidelines.
• Support design needs on projects and annual reports.
• Produce branded assets for events and bids; support internal trainings.
