Art of Tea, a premium tea company, seeks a Brand and Growth Strategy Lead to architect the next chapter and partner with the Director of Growth Marketing to turn brand strategy into measurable growth across Shopify/DTC, Amazon, and B2B hospitality.

The ideal candidate blends high-level brand vision with hands-on execution, setting growth thesis, managing budgets, and turning data into tests, while staying close enough to execution to explain why results moved.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior marketing roles, ideally premium consumer/CPG, wellness, or hospitality brands.
• Experience growing an eight-figure business or business line.
• Track record of improving profitable acquisition, retention, and marketing efficiency.
• Fluency across Meta and Google, creative testing, landing pages, and ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated growth strategy across Shopify/DTC, Amazon, and B2B hospitality with budgets and roadmaps.
• Lead brand discovery across organic social, partnerships, PR, and paid media.
• Own SEO and AI-driven discovery from strategy to implementation, including site architecture and content.
• Translate positioning into campaigns, launches, and customer experiences that are premium and culturally relevant.
