Job summary

OMG Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns, strengthen brand presence, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and NPDI. The role supports growth and customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.

The Marketing Manager will drive brand strategy, coordinate launches, and manage vendor relationships while ensuring high-quality marketing materials and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience including brand management, campaign development, and program execution.
• Proven success executing multi-channel campaigns that grow business.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing; experience in construction or manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with commercial roofing or building materials preferred.
• Experience supporting lead generation and sales enablement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
