Job summary

OMG Inc. Roofing Products Division is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive brand strategies and multi-channel campaigns for the commercial roofing industry. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and NPDI to ensure consistent messaging and program execution, while managing external vendors and events.

The role focuses on market insights, ROI tracking, and cross-functional execution to support growth and customer engagement across a global manufacturing footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5-7 years of marketing experience, including brand management, campaign development, and marketing program execution.
• Demonstrated success executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that support business growth.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing; experience in construction, roofing, manufacturing, or industrial industries preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote Safety as the Number One priority of all OMG employees.
• Brand Positioning: support development and execution of brand identity, voice, and market positioning, conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Campaign Development & Execution: develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, partner with Sales and Product Management, monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align marketing initiatives with sales, product management, and NPDI.
• Industry Event Management: plan and execute industry trade shows and conferences, track ROI.
• Vendor Management: manage relationships with external agencies, designers, consultants and marketing vendors.
