MSU Federal Credit Union is seeking a Marketing Specialist to develop data-driven marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and member engagement. You will analyze market trends and campaign performance, collaborate across functions, and deliver integrated marketing efforts.

The role includes content development, regulatory compliance, product launches support, campus/community events, and ongoing adherence to credit union policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnel and campaigns.
• Experience analyzing market trends, member behavior, and campaign performance.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and executes data-driven marketing strategies to support growth, sales, and brand awareness.
• Plans and writes marketing content to promote products and services.
• Collaborates with Creative Services to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
• Tracks and reports campaign results using KPIs and manages budget/expenses.
