Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in brand marketing or related fields.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and commercial teams.
• Strong project management and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans to grow brand visibility and commercial performance.
• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives including product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and content across digital, print, retail, and customer channels.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Category Management, eCommerce, and Customer teams to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze marketing performance and market trends to optimize results and inform strategy.
