Job summary

reCommerce in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Manager to own relationships with a portfolio of partner brands in consumer-packaged goods, beauty, and vitamins. You will dig into Amazon sales, analyze data from reports and BI tools, and drive revenue growth.

You will lead meetings, forecast inventory, coordinate with internal teams, and build executive-level partnerships. A bachelor's degree and 5 years in account/eCommerce management are required.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in account management, eCommerce management, or other relationship leadership roles.
• Demonstrated working knowledge/experience in Amazon as a Seller.
• Experience managing multiple external client or vendor relationships while driving strategy.
• Proven ability to analyze and communicate data to senior leaders.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Recom relationship with a portfolio of partner brands, acting as the main liaison between each partner and internal Recom functions.
• Dig into each partner’s Amazon sales on an ongoing basis – sales pace, inventory, upcoming advertising strategy and use of Amazon best practices.
• Answer partners’ business questions through data, using Amazon reports, BI tool, and Excel; clearly communicate findings to leadership and partners.
• Prepare for and lead a mix of weekly and monthly partner meetings.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships, including executive-level interactions.
• Onboard new partners and guide first setup – catalog, PO, inventory forecasting.
• Collaborate across internal Recom departments to project-manage partner needs (Purchasing, Margin analysis, Creative listings).
• Understand, develop and implement strategic methods for growing partner accounts on Amazon.
