Recom is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing – Amazon Ads to lead the strategic vision, performance accountability, and full-funnel execution of Amazon advertising for our premium brand portfolio.

This leader will bridge high-level strategy with hands-on leadership from our Deerfield Beach HQ or NYC office, managing multi‑million dollar budgets and driving profitable growth across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive performance marketing experience, including leadership of teams and budgets.
• Experience managing multi-brand relationships and delivering measurable growth.
• Proficiency with Amazon Advertising ecosystem and related measurement platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the comprehensive Amazon advertising strategy across accounts; define budget allocation and tactical roadmap.
• Own multi-million dollar budgets with forecasting, allocation modeling, and performance-to-plan analysis.
• Lead full-funnel campaigns across Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP to drive ROAS and NTB growth.
• Partner with Analytics to refine attribution, leverage AMC insights, and implement testing frameworks.
• Serve as internal subject matter expert on Amazon Advertising and guide campaign structure, placement optimization, and incrementality testing.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Retail, and Content to improve conversion and launches.
• Mentor and develop Managers, Specialists, and Analysts; establish reporting standards and optimization frameworks.
• Drive a test-and-learn culture with incrementality testing and holdout studies.
• Define KPI guardrails (ROAS, CAC, TACoS) to balance efficiency and expansion.
