Job summary

Recom is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing – Amazon Ads to lead strategy, performance, and full-funnel execution across our premium brand portfolio. This role can be based in our Deerfield Beach HQ or our NYC office, with a modern, player-coach management style.

The director will own budget strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and drive profitable growth while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and TACoS through advanced campaign structures and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience.
• 3+ years in leadership overseeing teams and budgets.
• Experience managing $1M+/month ad budgets with P&L awareness.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Amazon advertising strategy across accounts.
• Own multi-million dollar budget allocation and forecasting.
• Architect full-funnel strategy across Sponsored Ads and DSP.
• Partner with analytics to refine attribution and AMC insights.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand, Creative, Retail.
• Mentor Managers and Analysts to raise performance standards.
• Drive testing culture, incrementality, and new ad products.
• Monitor KPIs: ROAS, TACoS, NTB, CAC, revenue growth.
