Recom is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager to lead paid search and DSP campaigns for top brand partners on Amazon, based in Deerfield Beach, FL or NYC. You will run fast-paced, autonomous campaigns, optimize bids, and leverage data to grow traffic and sales.

The role requires 2+ years of Amazon Ads experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multi-million dollar annual budgets. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or substantial digital marketing experience in ecommerce/Amazon/Google.
• 2+ years in-platform management of Amazon Ads.
• Experience managing ads across multiple products and large budgets.
• Familiarity with bid-management tools SA360, Skai, xMars, Pacvue, Perpetua.

Responsibilities

• Activate and optimize Amazon paid search campaigns on-platform.
• Create, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads.
• Develop strategies to drive traffic, sales, and ROI.
