Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a finance professional to partner with contract manufacturing, owning financial results and forecasting for assigned sites. You will help prepare and consolidate the annual operating plan and strategic plan for P&L components and related balance sheet accounts.

You will update monthly forecasts, communicate forward-looking insights to partners, assist in month-end close, and provide analytical support for pricing, innovation, and other business requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree required.
• 3+ years of professional business and financial experience.
• Experience with profit and loss management, financial systems, and general accounting concepts.
• Experience building partnerships with internal customers and peers while effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
• Experience collaborating across multiple departments to complete projects and resolve business challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software preferred.
• Demonstrated critical thinking using analytics, benchmarking, and insights to develop strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance business partner within the contract manufacturing organization, owning financial results and forecasting for assigned sites.
• Participate in the preparation and compilation of the annual operating plan and strategic plan for P&L components and related balance sheet accounts.
• Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and communicate actionable insights to business partners.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close activities and resolve unusual items.
• Provide financial analysis and modeling support for initiatives including pricing, innovation, and other requests.
• Lead and support project work across FP&A, NPD, manufacturing investments, and in-market investments.
• Develop metrics, scorecards, and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
• Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and management reports.
• Provide FP&A support across the broader finance organization as needed.
• Participate in finance-wide initiatives and special projects.
