Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an FP&A Analyst to perform moderately complex financial analysis, forecast monthly, and support annual planning. You will partner with business teams to drive insights, build models, and lead cross-functional projects across P&L and balance sheet accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional business and financial experience.
• Experience in P&L management and financial systems.
• Proven cross-department collaboration to complete projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designated functions on accounting and finance questions.
• Prepare and compile the annual operating plan and strategic plan.
• Update monthly forecasts and provide forward-looking guidance.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Deliver financial analyses and models for product development, pricing, and market analysis.
• Lead project work across FP&A, new product development, and investments.
• Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and reporting for functions.
• Evaluate periodic metrics and reports.
• Participate in finance-wide projects as needed.
