Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Designated Selling Associate (DSA) to excel in a fashion-forward, high-energy retail setting. You will engage one-on-one with customers, educate on brand trends, and drive sales through both in-store and digital channels.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and collaboration with DSAs, Stylists, and store teams to deliver exceptional service and peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling with selling tools and reservations.
• Build lasting relationships with customers.
• Provide service flexibility, working in other departments when needed.
• Give confident feedback on style and fit to enhance wardrobe value.
• Attend trainings to deepen product knowledge and brand trends.
• Lead product knowledge meetings with DSAs and Stylists.
• Provide feedback to improve store assortment and feedback loops.
• Drive sales via appointment-based selling during events and non-event times.
• Keep department ready with stocking, merchandising, pricing, transfers and cleaning.
• Grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
