Job summary

Deckers Brands' HOKA brand is hiring a Sales Associate in New York to create personalized shopping experiences, educate customers about HOKA products, and embody the HOKA Expert Service program. You will deliver energetic service that invites customers into the HOKA community.

You will assist management with cash handling, inventory checks, stocking, and merchandising while maintaining a clean store and promoting the Brand image through every interaction.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies and act as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and ensure questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area and assist with store merchandising and safety policies.
