Job summary

HOKA is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote the HOKA Brand. You will educate customers about products and stay current on technologies as a HOKA Expert.

Responsibilities include assisting management with administrative tasks, operating the cash register, and maintaining stock and store cleanliness while representing the Deckers Brands with an energetic, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and ensure questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude with team members and customers, promote Brand image.
• Assist management with administrative tasks and operate the cash register accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised to Brand standards.
