Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA brand seeks a Sales Associate to create memorable customer experiences and share passion for our products. You will educate customers about HOKA offerings and invite them into the community with exceptional service.

You’ll assist in daily store operations, stay current on products and technologies, handle transactions, manage inventory, and help maintain Brand presentation. A strong team orientation and reliable schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and address questions before they leave.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock and break area; operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Promote store and Brand image in all interactions.
• Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager or Manager on Duty if you will be late or absent.
