Deckers Brands seeks a Sales Associate for HOKA to deliver exceptional customer service and educate shoppers about our Brand and products. You will embody the HOKA Expert and engage with customers to promote the Brand image in-store.

You’ll support management with store operations, maintain clean spaces, and stay current on product knowledge and technologies to answer customer questions accurately.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision, Mission and Values to your team and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsabilités

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and ensure all questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, operate the cash register, and handle money accurately.
• Keep stock room, back-stock and break area clean and organized, with daily cleaning tasks.
