Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with the Brand Experience Leader, develop outstanding associates, and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. Store leaders serve as front-line brand ambassadors and focus on growth through strong product knowledge and selling excellence.

The role requires leadership, coaching, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in the moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and consumer situations effectively.
• Ability to meet physical demands as described above.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead opening and closing routines, including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and disseminate directives.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead exceptional in-store consumer experiences through demonstrating and modeling selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and elevated product knowledge.
