Responsibilities include hiring and coaching teams, setting clear performance goals, driving sales, and maintaining a safe, engaging store environment. This role requires flexibility for peak days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a consumer-focused selling culture.
• Passion for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
• Effective communication and adaptability.
