Job summary

Avocado Green Brands in Boulder, CO is seeking a Retail Brand Experience Store Manager to lead our on-site team. You will drive sales KPIs, coach staff, and promote the brand’s values through exceptional customer experiences in our Boulder showroom.

The role requires at least 3 years of retail/store management experience, a passion for healthy living and sustainability, and the ability to manage in-store events and daily operations. On-site role with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience including store management responsibilities (e.g., keyholder).
• Experience creating, reporting and tracking KPIs/OKRs around sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create, report, drive and track KPIs/OKRs around sales goals.
• Coach and provide feedback to the team on a regular basis.
• Engage with customers and employees as a brand advocate in-store.
• Coordinate in-location events and virtual experiences.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a superior experience.
• Train team on new products and processes.
• Lead daily email/chat/showroom workload with a focus on service quality.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews to improve operations and efficiency.
• Collaborate with customer experience, production and logistics to reduce returns.
