Job summary

Avocado Green Brands in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Retail Brand Experience Store Manager to lead our on-site showroom and events. You will coach staff, monitor KPIs, engage customers, and collaborate with teams to deliver an exceptional brand experience.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years retail leadership, a passion for healthy living and sustainability, and the ability to lift up to 200 pounds and stand all day. Competitive pay range with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail with store management experience
• Passion for brand values of healthy living, environmental awareness, and social responsibility
• Experience creating, reporting, and tracking KPIs/OKRs around sales goals
• Experience running branded events is a plus
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage showroom condition and inventory
• Coach and supervise staff with in-the-moment feedback
• Engage with customers as a brand advocate and provide exceptional service
• Coordinate and participate in Avocado events at the location
• Monitor and report on KPIs/OKRs and monthly performance reviews
• Collaborate with customer experience, production, and logistics teams
• Ensure efficient handling of calls, emails, chats, and showroom visits
