Job summary

Avocado Green Brands in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Retail Brand Experience Store Manager to lead our on-site team. You’ll drive sales KPIs, coach staff, and act as a visible ambassador for the brand in-store and at events.

You’ll manage customer interactions across showroom, digital channels, and community events, coordinating experiences and resolving issues to deliver an exceptional customer journey. The role requires at least 3 years of retail leadership, a passion for healthy living and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience including management of store employees.
• Experience creating, reporting, and tracking KPIs / OKRs around sales goals.
• Experience running branded events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive KPIs/OKRs for sales goals and track progress.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to staff.
• Engage with customers as a visible brand ambassador in-store and at events.
• Coordinate and manage in-location events and virtual experiences.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues to ensure a superior experience.
• Train team on new products and processes; support daily workload of showroom inquiries.
