Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA brand is seeking a Sales Associate in West Palm Beach to deliver exceptional customer experiences and share passion for our products. You will educate customers about the HOKA brand, stay current on product knowledge, and invite shoppers into the HOKA community through energetic service.

You'll support store operations, handle the cash register, assist with inventory, maintain clean merchandising, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• You should stay current on products and technologies to educate customers effectively.
• You will engage with customers and support daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers.
• Operate the cash register, handle money accurately, and assist with inventory daily.
• Ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock and break area and follow safety policies.
