Deckers Brands’ HOKA Brand is seeking a friendly Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Orlando store. You’ll share your passion for the products, educate shoppers about features, and invite everyone into the HOKA community through superb service.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet the needs of the business.
• Valid State or Federal Identification.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage with customers and address questions before they leave the store.
• Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, operate the cash register, handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and well organized back-stock and employee break area.
