Job summary

Deckers Brands operates a HOKA store in Commerce, CA seeking a Sales Associate to deliver the best customer experience and share passion for our products. You’ll serve customers, stay current on products, and embody the HOKA Expert standard in every interaction.

You will also support management with register operations, inventory checks, merchandising, and store cleanliness, while remaining flexible with scheduling and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences and educate customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Engage knowledgeably with customers and ensure questions are answered before they leave the store.
• Maintain an optimistic and energetic attitude with team members and customers and promote brand image.
• Assist management with administrative tasks, operate the cash register, handle money accurately, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised.
• Keep back-stock and break area organized, perform cleaning, and follow safety policies; report lateness or absence promptly.
