Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create the best possible customer experience and invite customers into the HOKA community.
• Stay current on products and technologies and educate customers as a HOKA Expert.
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and ensure inquiries are resolved before checkout.
• Operate cash register, handle money accurately, and manage daily inventory.
• Maintain stock and merchandize according to Brand standards; keep back-stock area clean.
• Report to work on time; communicate lateness or absence to management.
