Job summary

HOKA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and promote our brand in-store. You will educate customers about products, stay up-to-date on technologies, and engage with shoppers with an energetic, brand-aligned attitude.

Responsibilities include cash handling, daily inventory checks, stocking and merchandising, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment. Flexibility and reliability are required for the fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences educating customers about the HOKA Brand and products.
• Stay current on all products and technologies and engage knowledgeably with customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised according to Brand standards.
• Maintain a clean back-stock and break area and assist with safety and theft prevention.
