American Eagle Outfitters in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life daily and deliver an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex between the salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding company policies and brand values. The role emphasizes energetic service, teamwork (#teamwork), integrity, and a REAL attitude to interactions.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and you do so with a "friends first" mindset.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions to fit their needs.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• You can hang and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while following company policy.
• You're a team player #teamwork and help the team get the job done.
• You've got integrity and adhere to AEO's policies & procedures.
